Description:
Using a graphical approach to represent processes, Arboria makes it easier than ever for users to both consume and update documentation. Instead of going page by page to understand a process, Arboria gives simple yes/no or multi-decision prompts to navigate users through even the most complex workflows. Users that create/maintain documentation can re-use steps across flows, share flows within their company, and can even update a step in one place and have all of its clones update at the same time. This ease of navigation, combined with Arboria’s reusable documentation steps makes it a game changer for documentation.
Highlights:
- Flow diagramming using React-Flow to create a unique interface for mapping complex workflows into simple graphics.
- WYSIWYG text editor for easy content updating within these flows
- Subscription model to allow/restrict access to the application based on current subscription standing
- Third party ticketing system integrations such as Zendesk
- Easy embed of view only flows. Allowing users to take the flows they've created and use them anywhere on the internet they'd like.
